that's with the assumption that you want to keep farming better artifacts, the possibly CV you can have on her is between 280 and 300, that's mostly with godrolls (not impossible, but also not easy to achieve)
if you wanna go for 280 CV, you need a total of 70/140 on just artifacts, or any combination that will get you there
i personally am sitting at a meager 250 CV...i say that because i know i can hit 270-280 with some luck
