Honestly parties that are often compared with ganyu do more damage but with a lot more complicated setups expensive constellation-reliant characters
Ganyu herself can fulfill multiple roles as well so she is with no doubt remaining as one of the most attractive choices in the game

Beidou is a good pick if you can run a taser comp using beidou/fischl/xq/filler, with filler being sucrose or kokomi

Im assuming you are struggling to make a pick for prosperous partnerships and if so id suggest picking xq constellation

-the 4* aren't that great
-the spear is one of, if not the worst 5* spear of the game
-amos is only good on one character and there are a lot of free 4* that she can use
-you can get that weapon on standard banner or any weapon banner
