Ah, well for Eula, you'd need an electro support pre-built to help with Superconduct. Even without it though, she'll deal great damage, but would be recommended to run her with Rosaria tho.

As for Zhongli, he's a no-brainer for shielding. If you already have a built dedicated shielder, you might not need him. He synergizes great with any other geo character.

As for Ganyu, she's dependent on shields so she doesn't die while charging her shots. Ganyu would rely on Zhongli, for example. Thoma works too, but you'd need to do a normal attack after each charge attack to refresh his shield so you have resistance to interruption.
She's low investment but you'll need to be great with dodging if you don't have a shielder.

I think itto will be for folks that want a focused main dps, but Noelle is just a flexible main dps that can swap to other characters even during her burst without a downside
