whiteblind for weapon is her best option. sac sword if you struggle with shield and burst uptime sint as bad as it sounds. serpent spine if you have it is also very good.
new geo set 4pc is defo her best option. retracing bolide also works. cheap out option would be 2pc new set 2pc archaic.
stats should be def%/geo/crit. if you dont have a crit helmet use enother def piece. def sands can also by er/atk if you get way better substats that way or cant complete the set otherwise but id not recommend it.
prioritize her brust and her normals for talents

a decent team of only 4*s might be noelle-ninguang + a character specialized for breaking the shields on your current floor + an off field dps that either is chosen to break other shields or provides reso with the first one.
so for hydro abyss spam you might use rosaria and kaeya
or for the usual fatui spamm rosaria/kaeya and bennet
