ganyu is your strongest dps option as a hypercarry, but you lack good hydro options for freeze ganyu, you could run barbara with her, but that forces you to play melee range. xq works kinda but it's extremely scuffed and xq is better in so many other comps. ganyu freeze is probably still your best option tho

that's kinda true, amber's kit doesn't work as well as most other characters in the game, you could even say it has some degree of anti-synergy with itself, like on one hand the game seems to want you to play amber as a charge shot main dps(see, her constellation 1), but her burst's sorta long cast time and tiny aoe are very contradictory to that

I feel they should just give her a gameplay update and maybe just big buffs to what she has now

the comp i found the be the best for reverse melt is bennet/xiangling/kaeya/ and either xq zhongli or an anemo character. both kaeya and xiangling can snapshot inside bennet's burst, and with both their ults active kaeya's ult will actually melt every hit, because xl's pryo application is slightly stronger than kaeya's cryo on thier bursts, also the timing of bennet and kaeya's e's allows you to quickswap bennet, e, kaeya, e to melt kaeya's e every time it's up

diluc/kaeya is a bit weird, but if you're gonna use it you should just focus 100% on kaeya's burst dmg(so either noble or EOSF), since his burst will be the trigger for melt not diluc, since diluc's pyro app is too high (during his burst) outside of burst diluc might be the trigger but im not sure

if you want a sort of spicy meme comp i've used in abyss before with kaeya/diluc, venti/diluc/kaeya/diona can work somewhat comically well, as kaeya can set up a cryo-infused venti ult really easily, and diona's ult will buff diluc's EM (assuming c6 diona) and then diluc can ult into the cryo venti ult and melt most if not all the hits of his ult, which does like a genuine metric ton of damage

it's kinda scuffed outside of the burst rotation, but it's a fun oneshot comp

(that also doesn't use bennet or xq)
