And you don't count DPS as an ability for a character to do damage by themselves, else childe, hutao would not be that high. They both rely on elemental reactions same as klee.

On hu tao i deal 25k raw on basics, 39 k on charge atacks, 14 k charge phisical dmg, i run shimewa set i dont use her ult, klee on the other hand to do ur 20 to 30k needs to stunlock herself in place, and to deal dmg with her ult u have to stay on her which is hella anoying, her skill is anything but consistent with its rng

Basic atacks currently 25k
Charge atack 39k
Phisical dmg when e ends, 13k on charge
And im still far from 300 cd
These are raw no melt no vap
