First of all, you literally would need venti for the full effect of ganyu’s ult as her ult ticks enemies slowly. She also literally just has some garbage E which doesn’t help to regenerate much energy unlike diona with sac or fav who can easily recharge her ult constantly or rosaria who could constantly spam her skill. Also all ganyu’s ult would do is apply cryo while diona can heal if needed and rosaria can boost crit

personally I think it's worth it but thats my opinion i only originally built her because I didn't run 4 piece blizz on ayaka and had a 60/220 cr/cd ratio if you want to run 2 piece blizz 2 piece glad/noblesse rosaria is a good support for ayaka to help her achieve the extra crit rate she would be lacking w/o 4pc blizz

More real situations tests with Raiden, first one with just Zhongli's shield that has 4pc Tenacity, second one with just Kazuha's buff (340 EM), note that that buff that appears above Raiden's health bar is not from food, that's how Kazuha's buff appears.
That's the team I'm currently using on her so it's what a normal burst looks like for me.
She's C0 with Engulfing Lightning R1, her build is not finished yet, need to get better artifacts, and she's crowned.
