i stand corrected, the highest cv sub roll is 7.8, so if you get 2x starting 7.8 rolls and 5x 7.8 upgrades then that's 54.6 total cv. so like 31.2% cdmg and 11.4% crit rate subs on the same piece
but that would be literally perfect rolls, the chances of which are astronomically low...
