Hey guys.

I tried R1 Deatmatch, R5 The Catch, and R1 Staff of Homa for my Raiden Shogun (Constellation 2) and here are the results.

I haven't tested Engulfing Lightning because I don't own it.

Food Buff: 20% Crit Rate for consistency.

Character Support Buff: C6 Sara, Viridiscent Venerir 4-pc passive, Staff of Homa Passive, and Zhongli Shield 20% Elemental Resistance Shred.

Conclusion: I have yet to decide whether or not Engulfing is the BiS weapon (damage-wise).
