ganyu has a low burst cost and u dont need ER on ganyu to cause her ult is up to quickly to need Raiden. also cause all of ganyus dmg comes from her charge shot Raidens E doesnt proc on charge shots. now u could use Raiden's skill to buff a Ganyu Venti Mona burst window by 20% which actually would add electro swirl to the mix on top ofr freeze swirls. hmmm have to test that

@dusk saffron it's mostly because the superconduct from Ganyu and raiden would lower the physical defense but wouldn't affect the elemental damage and that's a high elemental team, you'd want eula over ganyu since she has such high physical damage
