i just tested it, if none say that they specifically can't be overridden, then it's whichever one is infused first, so if you switch from chongyun to keqing while in the circle, it'll be ice, but if you switch from outside the circle and then use keqing's e then go in it'll be electro

if you use keqing's e to move inside the circle with, for a few seconds you'll have physical until the cryo takes effect, so basically if you are infused with them at the same time, it cancels out and just goes to normal
