I think she was the best DPS of 1.x, from 2.x I think she was still the best, idk if ayaka somehow was above her but when yelan cam in 2.7 Hutao might have claimed the title back. for 3.x the meta was dendro with some dendro shills, honestly idk if Alhaitham surpass her... maybe... for 4.x we can say that Neuvillette was dominant... Hutao got buffed with furina and xianyun still, then arle became best DPS until Mavuika
