Tbh RM's making breaks easer was really good for DoT since it just ment more DoTs

And until we get an actual fire DoT its really limited in the elements you can deal with

Jiaoqui is a good support for DoT just because he can be 100% SP positive that lets you use BS and HouHou's skill more often
