It’s rly up to the subs, 150% Break means 75% Outgoing healing bonus for him. So his LC rly helps him with that and his autos do a bit of self healing. If you can reach 50% Effect Res outside of Perfect Timing he has basically 100% Effect Res. I also use Penacony+ERR rope so he has 124% Energy …. so again it’s just w/e you can give him
