At the moment, with E1 she has like 95 crit, I'm working on getting her crit dmg focused boots and a crit dmg substat focused body piece, but pioneer domain is not so nice about those.

I prefer consistency so I still run her with a crit rate top

It's more of a choice on Preference, honestly? I find it not as necessary because the extra stack collection from E2 helps supplement the loss of speed. And I also run her with Bronya often times (sometimes Asta).

The ATK boots also help with the fact I don't run her with Izumo set (not interested in farming it, because her pieces are good as is)

It depends on her team members as well. If the team generates a lot of ult points already then speed is optional (in my opinion)

Yep! I always ran her with ATK boots, even before I got E2 (Got that yesterday, hype!). With double nihility (pela especially), she generated points pretty quickly regardless. If you run a preservation sustain with the universal market, it can attribute to ult point generation too
