It’s your lowest talent, it should be minimum 8 while skill and burst talent can be left at lvl 1. Also lvl 90 him and the weapon, they are much more important than artifacts

So, Ushi (Itto's skill) scales entirely on defense, but his bonk stick scales on atack. Itto's burst converts his defense on atack, just like noelle. iirc, noelle converts ~75% of her defense to atack, itto is ~103%. In the end of the day, i enjoy both.
