from what i herd if you want to use her with speed boots you ll have to get her to 160 speed becouse that lets her outspeed the enemies ( get 2 turns before they can move) for easier arcana stacking

idk tho feels like speed boots are the correct way to go regardless because if not she cant get the def debuff before Kafka moves

tbh the hard part about Kafka(and the part fixed by her signature lc) at least if you have E1 is that you want 1 char to use normal atk before her turn to apply the 30% dmg bonus
