Yea honestly will be usable especially if you have bronya and keels but Id attempt to get to at least 100-120 base cd i stayed there for the longest time till I got him up other than that the other stats are good
Also idk if your boots are attack or speed but I found attack easier to play since everyone goes before him and generates sp

Just make his supports super fast and you'll be good around 134ish-140 speed id say (for the supports)

For me I had hanya on the team so id do her skill then when dan is advanced forward I'd 1 NA usually it ended up being enough to ult, blessing advances forward and applies debuffs I think as well catered to ratio ofc

It was only annoying on 12 since it mattered there but otherwise the blessings kinda nice (esp for jingliu hahaha)
