Haunsa, there is something you need to understand. EM is prioritized more than HP for critfishing (does not mean that HP should be neglected). EM is prio'd more in general builds as well, although it depends on your weapon and sands (eg. DB/EM/HP sands)

Pp convert Hp->Atk and EM amplifies the vape (Hence the name amplifying reactions! giving more than the HP would. An example of this is for instance, Meltyu. 95.8% of the time, EM sands is better than Atk sands on Meltyu (if atk sands is somehow better, your build is ass).

honestly the skill point consumption is what scares me. i dunno how you're meant to play sampo, but i use his skill a lot so

I think you can just use his skill every 2 or 3 turns?
His skill is there to quickly apply stacks
Then you can just use normal attacks to keep then on max

and you can use his burst to get the stacks really fast on everybody

i suppose it depends on your EHR, and if you used his burst. that and how many enemies there are.
but doesnt he also have a con where you want to use his skill as much as possible?
