How SPD affect the gameplay in star rail ?

speed determines which of your characters (or enemy) goes first
as you go into late game, boss/elite mobs often have 150+ speed, so your dps has to have enough speed to be able to at least keep up with the mobs' speed

characters like bronya can help since they advance your main dps' action while also buffing them

on average your main dps should have ~125 speed, while your supports have somewhere around 115 (i think)
