The reason i had before was that giving them lvl90 wouldnt be very big dmg buff
And then i spent all my books on leveling every char i have to 70 for their standard wishes( i got a skyward harp out of it so i think it was worth it)

But now one of Ei's best c0 teams is hyperbloom and her lvl has a big effect on dmg so maybe i should
