You only want 250-270 er when you use engulfing.

Basically, i used zhongli skill and burst to kill the minion to down the boss which gives the skill passive:20% Omni shred, then i apply cryo with half charge shot with ganyu(e skill applies cryo twice can mess with bennet's pyro application), then i swirl with sucrose skill twice then burst, Benny burst, then ganyu charged shot. That's my rotation attempt with sucrose

I also tried to do Benny burst before sucrose burst but didn't change anything. I just couldn't infuse sucrose' burst with either cryo or pyro even when i waited for the boss' downed state to end.
