i made an account back at launch and basically never play it, apart from when they start mailing out a ton of premos for a version release or w/e, and from what ive seen (in multiple cases) if the account goes semi-inactive for a while (seems to need to be over a few months) when you login again, you're given a huge boost to your probability of getting a 5 star, its happened to me like 4 or so times now where ill get a 5* in under 10 pity

qiqi is also quite an old character at this point, many super old characters (apart from electo ones that have been revitalized by dendro) have become a bit lack luster, like think of venti, sure they are still ok, but kazuha out classes them in almost every way

imo based on my testing er sands plus atk goblet is slightly better than atk sands plus electro goblet

tbh ur build is decent u might want more cd

Depending on substats
Mostly its going to be easier to get a good atk%
