Well think about it like this, hp is very good for her to do damage, but at a certain point, crit will benefit her more than hp. It's no use having like 50k hp but only 130 crit, you need the best balance of both

HP main stats work the same as ATK % off the base HP
so 2 seperate HP main stats will add the same amount of HP
at some point theres to much HP
she does scale well with HP so it most likely wont be a huge DMG loss
it depends on which weapon you have on her
