Mona debuffs the resin cost of upgrading weapons maybe just a bit but it adds up, and since you get some weapons mats from events you might not even need to farm the domains
Keqing is really good for exploration her E lets you climb places or just lets you start climbing a bit higher
Diluc is still a good DPS not as good Hu tao and Yoimiya but still resepectable(and he is a claymore so he can break shields and constructs with ease not a huge but when you need it its awesome) + check his special dish
