Yeah, but it could happen, have you 100%'d the map, and finished ALL ur hangout events, and done all the serenitea pot stuff, you can get a fair number of premos from all that (and even after 100%'ing the map, its prob worth looking up guides to all the secret chests, at least the gold chests, there are a bunch all over the world)

I think I pushed his ER high since his dmg buff just scales off of base attack dmg, and his heal scales off of hp and heal%, so i just wanted him to be a buff bot basically

I would try and built his hp higher, but it's good enough, and im still working on artifacts for my main dps characters, so he's taking a bit of a back seat when it comes to resin priority

I got an Hp% goblet, and 14% hp on feather, and a decent amount of flat hp all over, so good enough
