and only reason harbinger is so good cause even at 3 stars with the huge crit rate and crit damage buffs do ALOT

Yeah Raiden is more consistent is more situations, but fischl is super lazy and really good for single target. Also I have a hyper invested raiden for my 2nd team. I run Keqing/Fischl/Nahida/Zhongli and Raiden/Sara/Bennett/Kazuha most of the time
