I clean first: Oculi on all the new map
I clean on certain zones 2nd: seelies, challenges, puzzles, torch puzzles, and all of that related
I clean 3rd in that zone: Chests and stuff like hidden achievements that may have chests and all of that shenanigangs

Repeat till 100%

I don't have a 2nd monitor, so I just alt tab
I mark the zone I want to go in the map and go, mark it on interactive and so on
