I think at a almost fully invested c0 Scara team people will start doing close to 100k charged attacks after a couple of weeks farming his domain

Depends what you build. For example I have his sig weapon and I already do between 21k-29k with NAs, and once I have a full set of the new artifact the speed and damage will only increase even more for his NAs

Wanderer feels a bit like Ayato where it’s a bit difficult to calculate how much damage they’re doing based off visuals since they do it pretty fast and a bit messy

For normal attacks, I do think some people are under estimating his damage a bit because they can’t calculate as easily just how many times he’s hitting based off looks

Yes, he's gonna be on field most of the time so the passive works + the crit rate sub stat is helpful too
Since he ascends with crit rate he'll have lots of crit rate with that weapon so you can focus on building crit dmg

On that current build, i'm assuming you have a crit rate circlet equipped right?
with LP + his ascension alone - you will have 52% crit rate and thats without artifacts
So you'll only need a little more crit rate on artifacts to get the ideal amount
Oh and you can use a crit dmg circlet instead of a crit rate circlet
