That's not the overall crit value. If you know what I mean now. CV is just CR * 2 then add the CD and boom...you got the CV of that artifact

If its only 40CD then that's only a 40CV artifact, but if its 40CD and 3.9CR then that's 47.8CV

Tighnari is pretty good for sumeru exploration if you still need to do that. His c1 also gives more crit rate to charge atks. And his c2 is kind of broken if you play him right. His wreath arrows act like missiles so you don’t even have to aim half the time.
