It depends on your weapon. If you have a high base atk weapon, you can use an atk sands, but you'll also need em buffs if you use an atk sands. If you have a low base atk weapon, youll want to use an em sands, where you won't really need em buffs. Also make sure you're using him in an aggravate team, that will most likely net you the most damage
