No. Just the best element. Kazuha has already proven how insanely powerful Anemo can be from a damage per second perspective.

the view frustum is calculated based on the ingame FoV settings + ur display aspect ratio, all views will have some degree of stuff cut off regardless of aspect ratio, as long as the game supports the resolution properly, it isnt really a problem tbh
