Since it's free, you can try it.
There's one major caveat though. Just like Genshin, there's artificial longevity, at least with new accounts. You must wait X hours before being able to open treasure chests

I think it’s depends on what you are going to play him for, sub-dps or support. Support you can build his recharge and em more, for sub-dps you can build cr,cd and atk more

Cr about 60 and cd about 140 or 200-300em instead of those crit thing 180-200 er can work for support
For sub dps,

Cr60 cd160 and about 100em
Er can be about 130, you can use 18%atk plus 15% wind damage too on sub dps, vv works well tho

Base attack comes from your character's attack and your weapon's attack. So you need a high base attack weapon for that purpose on bennett. No matter what build you are running, you need to have a high base attack weapon else your Bennett isn't worth his salt.
