I've been using Moonpiercer on support raiden to pass Tig 36% Atk for ages now. It's great.

It even spawns at your character when it procs.

It's not about the EM buff.

The base atk is lower but the base buff + 20% is overall a bigger buff than Harp's higher base atk, iirc.

Plus in Hyper, the EM isn't wasted. Sara Overloads are pretty fat with a little EM.
