With zhongli is a lot confy, and also you need a shield to use the geo resonance, so with bennett you are basically using crystalization that only happens once

Shinobu is a good option if you don't have zhongli, constant crystalization and healing

Mona is also a good option but you don't have any healing

See, you are a bit confused, is what I'm getting. Ganyu, Yelan, Venti and Bennett may work, but there are a few styles you maybe wanna go for as they are better suited for more damage output. For example :
Freeze Ganyu : Ganyu, Hydro character, Anemo character, Diona. If your hydro character is kokomi, you can go for Rosaria or Shenhe in place of Diona since Kokomi heals quite a bit.
Melt Ganyu : Ganyu, Anemo character, Xiangling/Zhongli, bennett.
For the Diluc team, you might wanna go for Diluc, Yelan, anemo, bennett, because Shinobu might cause overload leaving you to chase after enemies yeeted far away, thus wasting time and damage output.
