I'm assuming you're still relative low AR, but I started playing at the start of this year, lost all my 50/50s, and was really unlucky, spent most time saving, and after 16 banners the only 2 limited banner characters I had were Raiden and Kazuha. But theyre both "good characters" and I'm ok being unlucky because even then I got my priority characters.

If you really want a specific character you have to save around 160 wishes to be guaranteed to have it, that means skipping several banners of characters I wouldve liked to had. But at least the pity system in Genshin is simple to understand and follow to get what you want if you dont have high expecations
