your pity is how many wishes since your last 5 star.

Weapon banner has a 'guarantee' of sorts that was implemented in 2.0. Hard pity is 80, but you only get a guarantee after missing twice (your third 5 star is guaranteed to be the weapon you choose on path).

Rather than character banner where if you miss you're then guaranteed the limited character, these fate point misses do not carry over.

Most of her dmg(especialy on shimenawa) comes from CA and since you only care about that one atack hiting crit 50/50 odds arent to bad(ofc that doesent mean you dont want more CR)

Ei deals most of her DMG from her first attack so missing crit on it is a huge dmg loss
And Yoimia needs to crit hit on specific attacks

So both of them need more than 50% CR

the same goes for Eula
If you miss crit on her burst thats a big oof
