One set that works on one specific character and, even if is his bis the upgrade is not a big deal in comparation with his other options

And the other that only works well if you have less than like 50 ping, and even then thr upgrade is not that great

I just did some testing, and my more balanced build actually has 1,966 atk only, a bit lower than I thought. he does 28k-31.5k dmg solo. With his atk goblet build he has 2,477 atk and does 28k-33.8k solo, so about the same but slightly better. With any supports though the anemo cup wins easily.

I only use 2pc Glad, 2pc VV because I got those pieces before VH came out and my pieces are good, so I'm not focusing on VH, but if I had to say focus on 4pc VH. It's definitely better then 2pc VV/2pc Atk

DM has more crit value, but Blackcliff has more base atk at 510 vs 465 which is especially good for VH so Im thinking about switching to Blackcliff although passive is worse than DM

It is a better investment because its more universally useful. PJWS is pretty mid on most of the other characters that can use it. Rosaria fucking loves it though. That's why I leveled both of mine instead of refining.
