The VV set debuffs any elemental res if you use an anemo unit to swirl it

swirling hydro activates the passive of kazuha that gives bonus damage and reduces 40% the resistance of that element if kazuha has vv set

and Kazuha adds an extra element buff to every character in your party

so the damage if you swirl hydro is probably the double of the video, and that is without counting the low level of the talents

so using Kazuha to swirl hydro before you start Ayatos combo will debuff enemy by 40% and buff Ayatos dmg by 0.04 × Kazuhas EM(if you have him on 3EM main stats its around 30%)

It depends on how you feel about Albedo staying in your party
The best idea would be to swap him with Xingqui(hydro resonance is getting a huge buff in 3.0) if you dont have him yet you should be able to buy him from the shop soon

Here’s the thing with Kazuha. He will swirl any element he touches, but infuse by the priority stated above.

Benny applies pyro to Kazuha which means you can even infuse Pyro in the rain with him.

Because of this nifty little gimmick you can swirl both opposing elements in a reaction comp. In theory pretty much doubling the comps overall DPS.

You can also technically self infuse Hydro with Barbie, too. But she’s a bit trickier.

The easiest way to do it reliably IME is to, if possible, apply Hydro to the target, dash back and use Benny buff (not hitting the target), and then go straight into Kazuha’s burst.

He swirls Hydro on the target, and has Pyro applied to him by Benny. You can do it the other way around but its uh… sweatier to infuse Hydro. Lmao
