This incredible building is based off of the Sports Science Institute Building at IMG Academy in Tampa, Florida and modified for Oaklands! It features a massive glass wall main entrance which is perfect for a two-story shop! (I might build one later and sell w/ BP) The glass lets in a massive amount of natural light for a better look while also allowing you to display your shop items! This building also features 4 garage door entrances with enough room to fit an overflowing Sellner! I am offering this for $1.5 million unfilled and $3 million filled. I understand the original post says no reselling. My understanding was that when the builder responded to my thread and agreed to send it to me, that changed the situation. If that doesn't count as permission to resell, then that's a misunderstanding on my part rather than me trying to ignore the rule.

I'm not claiming the original post didn't say that. I'm saying I received the build directly from the builder and understood that to mean I had permission to possess and use it. If reselling wasn't allowed, I genuinely wasn't aware of that restriction.

That does not change things, as reselling is only permitted when explicitly allowed, not disallowed.

I am going to issue a warning this time, but do understand, if you are caught reselling again, you will be given an oakmarket ban, which may be temporary or permanent depending on the severity and future moderator's discretion.

The version I was offering also wasn't just the original build. Since receiving it, I've made a number of changes, removed parts, added new features, and incorporated blueprints that I created myself. At that point, I was using the original build more as a reference or foundation for my own work rather than simply reposting it unchanged.
Because of the amount of modifications I made, I viewed it as my own version of the build rather than a direct copy of the original. If the server still considers that reselling under the original restriction, then that's a misunderstanding on my part rather than an attempt to ignore the builder's wishes.

While I do personally enjoy a remix culture for creations, it is not an accepted practice here in TD.

I do understand that you are not arguing, but simply explaining your position and understandings.

With that being said, I would suggest that perhaps you work with the original creator, and try to work out a deal where your modifications are available as an option to add on to anyone purchasing the warehouse from them
