#Infinite loading of “Save Data”

Context: I’ve just acquired a lighting core on my plot, sat for five minutes then left the game on console (PS5 if it matters). I come back two hours later and try to load the game but get stuck in loading “Save Data”, can’t even get to the screen to select a save.

Process taken to resolve with no success:
I left the game then rejoined on the PS5, nothing. I went to mobile to join, nothing. I join another game, I enter, I can interact. I go back to Oakland, infinite load glitch. I go to security and sign out of all devices, I then wait 23 minutes, I join on mobile and nothing. I leave. I join on PS5, nothing. I let “Load Save Data” on PS5 for 37 minutes, nothing.

Please inform me how I can reach someone who knows how to resolve this issue

So do I just join and let load, wait and join later?

If it doesn’t load then wait 15-20 minutes then log back into the game
