#make hitboxes not rotate when structures rotate

If I rotate a cube 45° or so, it makes it very hard to move it into the position I want. Please make this a setting I can toggle.

it does that? I've never used it before in my life because I thought it aligned your block with the direct middle of your plot (y axis didn't matter)
