I had this happen. You have a powered interactor region on a vehicle box. The worse version is a roast gurt on an interactor. It kills you everytime you respawn.

Lol I knew what caused it cause I was bringing it into my base and I hit a field active pulsing. Luckily I had a friend on and he grabbed it 🤣
