The wings on the leaked airplane look very short. This makes the plane look less elegant, and as if it would not be able to fly reliably. I am aware that this is a game, but extending the wings even just a little bit would dramatically improve its aesthetics if you ask me.
If you compare the wings of this aircraft to a similar real aircraft, a Cessna 152 which I attached a picture of, the Cessna's wings are roughly 30% longer than the in-game one. The wingspan-to-length ratio of the in-game airplane looks to be about ~1.0× longer than the fuselage (body), while a Cessna 152 has a wing-length ratio of ~1.4× longer than the fuselage (Cessna's have a length of ~7.34m and a wingspan of ~10.1m). I drew a blue line on approximately where the wings of the in-game airplane end, compared to the pictured Cessna.
Bigger and longer wings lets a plane fly at lower speeds and take off with shorter runways. If you want to compare it to an airplane that is often used to take off from tiny grass strips like they would in Oaklands, you can compare it to a Piper J-3 Cub. (Length ~6.8m, wingspan ~10.7m) This makes the Piper Cub have a wing-length ratio of ~1.6× longer than its fuselage.
