I think you’d need a mod to tell you why. I know it’s obviously from the leaf. I think permanent ban is a bit excessive if you didn’t know that was allowed to be fair though you should’ve asked if it’s allowed before you make it that’s just my opinion

Wouldn't you know it, if a violation goes unreported it will remain unreported. We aren't omnipresent. If you see someone breaking the rules then you report it. Complaining that you were unfairly banned just cause someone else got away with it unbeknownst to us is absurd.
I will bring this up in staff chat to determine the course of action, but as it stands your ban is not unfair.

It's an obligation to follow Roblox tos otherwise the game can get in trouble for overlooking it

we aren't omnipresent, we cannot casually moderate forums, and so people need to report things to us about violations on the oakmarket. As I said, just because you got caught and they weren't doesn't mean there is some double standard. We simply were not made aware of it.
This is as absurd as blaming the police for inaction when you yourself has not done anything to report the occurence

The tos allows illegal items like guns but not that its a bit crazy
