In terms for selling builds I don't anymore, it burns you out pretty quick, and (imo I was one of the only builders who did fair pricing it isn't worth it) I however do small builds for people every now and then

A lot of people have big bases now, a server can only hold about a 20 to 30 data size server wide plot before it lags so much it crashes
