Elevator glitch

Put a load of stuff on my elevator to my basement, it then glitches into the wall and all the stuff, including easter exclusive items, Halloween exclusive items. Like the Easter maoi and the witches hat present. Not sure if anything can be done but no where does the elevator say not to put stuff on it.

B how did it glitch into a wall? Was something blocking it, did it unanchor, etc

I had the stuff on the lift with some stuff in a crate and it just bent into the basement wall

Also I might sound really dumb but do you know how I can make a ticket
