- hex working on rgb hex system, ranging from 56-255 (which is 38-ff in oaklands hex)
and due to the involve of alphabet, the increase order will be:
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 a b c d e and lastly f - when they reach f on the first row it will revert back to 0 and plus 1 on second row
example: 7f -> 80 - so by that, although smth like ef and fe seems like the same, ef actually a lot further from pure when convert to rgb hex system

to make this simple,in order to reach pure your neon gotta decrease in this following order:
42 - 41 - 40 - 3f -3e -3d -3c - 3b - 3a - 39 and lastly 38

they often not look like actual red,mostly yellow or orange,they start to look red from 41 hex or below
which means only around 10-15 hex that actually look like red color

not official,but neon can have sub color also
example:red have orange, magenta have pink,green is smth like lumite,or neon with unmatch aura,mostly happened when the hex goes too far like blue with magenta aura
these not really add up value to the neon,but if people demand they will pay more
i personally like the unmatch color and aura
kinda silly like how a yellow can have green aura around it lol
