looking for someone who can build a midevil roman shop

person who gets chosen to build will also receive money over time off profits that the shop makes (for a short amount of time) if i make 250k they get 150k

300k for minimum effort
more money for more effort in the build

just after the blueprint (don't need to use or gather materials) but would greatly apricate if you point what would go best
also doesn't need to be the roman shop can be any other medieval shops. to be picked show me the design/or the build that will be done

entrance shaped like this but with two sliding twos meeting half way so it looks like nice doors

inside a nice spacious two-story building with this chandelier in the center and two nice staircases on the sides. Rec carpet. Alternating stone pattern on the ground. and with second floor it follows around the store so basically you can overlook from railing and see items on the first floor as well..
