I been working a lot lately and forgot to tap in and see the status on yours

One the main reasons when daily defends the other mods I take it has her only defending herself 💀

nah i mess with daily shes dope, but i have had it closed a couple times (i think) is why i decided to post it here, its more game breaking than any of these other ones that are getting posted ($50 spent)

It's less me defending myself and more me defending my friends

It's really heartbreaking to see people accuse them of being lazy, not caring, etc, when it's just.. life is busy, man. They have school, work, lives to live. They don't have every waking second to dedicate to doing tickets

Well I mean when they submit a request to close ticket as soon as I’m helped, showing they were present and attentive the entire time is not good looks

Especially when it’s a super easy solution, I spent real money and needed it to be addressed; if the mods in the ticket aren’t active why are they in the ticket at all. Also the ticket system itself doesn’t seem the best. What I opened a ticket to get you and 3 other people with the same power as you, who told me you couldn’t even help me with the issue

So like I was being helped by people who couldn’t even help and all they had to do was what you did in our ticket the first time and ping a dev or someone who can address it

They have the on call role which puts them there automatically

Yes for a server problem, there are 3 options
“Report user
Redeem whatever reward or sumn
And server issue” I had a issue in a game server it’s the only ticket option relevant

We had issues where we spent irl money on candy passes and got nothing from it,
which has been since resolved

I had no user to report
And no item to redeem
So it seemed like the logical click

So why did you not make an Oaklands ticket for an Oaklands issue?
